Evolution: Wheel Change
a) Wheel axle 95-100-607, b) Main wheel 95-100-667, c) Axle lock ring 95-100-609, d) Wheel cover 95-100-610
Learn how to easily replace the wheels on your Evolution pressure washer with this step-by-step guide. All you need are Torx 25, one flathead screwdriver and one wire cutter or similar tools. Safety first! To prevent any accidents, ensure that your pressure washer is turned off and unplugged from its power source
1. Remove 2 screws (Torx 25) from the back of the machine
2. Use a flat screwdriver or similar tool to pry up the two axle covers
3. Pull out the wheel assembly
4. Use the Flat screwdriver or similar tool to push in all five snap hooks
5. Use a flat screwdriver or similar tool to pry up the wheel axle covers
6. Remove the Axle lock Ring
Use the Wire cutter to Remove the Axle lock Ring.
7. Pull of the old wheel and gently slide the new wheel onto the Axle
8. Secure the wheel with the Axle locking Ring
Press the axle locking ring onto the shaft until it locks into the groove at the end of the axle.
9. Assemble the Wheel Cover
Align the 5 snap hooks with the 5 snap hook-groves. Push the hooks into the groves until they all clicks in place.
10. Secure the wheel assembly onto the machine
a) Place the wheel assembly into the two Axle grooves in the back cabinet.
b) Place the two axle covers into the axle grooves.
c) Secure the coves with screws (torx 25).
