For consumers

AVA pressure washer warranty

At AVA of Norway, we're striving to create products that last as long as possible.

That's why we give our customers an extended warranty of up to 20 years without expensive service agreements. For the models AVA GO, V6, Easy, and Smart the warranty applies up to 10 years, for AVA Master and Evolution a full 20-year warranty applies.

Consumer warranty

Our consumer warranty ensures that our products are designed to be easily repairable. This means you, as our valued customer, have the option to maintain and repair your machine on your own. By doing so, you can take full advantage of our Consumer Warranty. We've made it simple to care for your AVA product, and we believe in rewarding you with an extended warranty for your maintenance efforts.

At AVA of Norway, we focus on environmentally friendly design that facilitates maintenance and the possibility of a long life. We believe in repairability, reusability, and the principles of a circular economy. These are not just words to us; they are actions we live by. As a proud member of Right to Repair Europe, we're dedicated to enhancing the lifespan of all our AVA products.

To help you carry out service and maintenance, as well as carrying out necessary repairs after, for example, frost damage, we have created descriptions of the various processes that must be carried out, step by step. By arranging such descriptions, and parts drawings and by making spare parts available in the online shop at low prices, you can decide for yourself whether you want to take on the job in question, or whether you would rather use a workshop for such work.

How the warranty works

If you buy a pressure washer in Norway, all have a five-year right to complain - regardless of brand. AVA intends that our high-pressure washers should last much longer. That is why we've designed the machines in a way that makes it easy for you to change the necessary wearing parts so that you can easily change parts and give the pressure washer a long and good life. Via our step-by-step guides, you can easily carry out a service on your AVA pressure washer without having to send it to a repair shop.

Remember that GO, Easy, Smart, and V6 have a 10-year warranty, which means that these series must be serviced at least once. For Master, Master 2.0, and Evolution, which have a 20-year warranty, service must be done three times. We recommend that you continue to carry out service at least every five years, even after the warranty period has expired. How to do this:

Pump service 1:

Carry out this service when you have had the pressure washer for approximately five years. You simply order the parts that need to be replaced here on the website. When doing Pump Service 1, you can follow our step-by-step guide. When the work is finished, register the work as carried out here, and the warranty will be extended by five years.

Pump service 2:

You've now had the machine for almost 10 years, and it is time for a new service. In the same way as last time, you order the necessary parts here, and repeat the procedure from last time; follow the step-by-step guide that you can find here on the website, and carry out the service. When the job is done, you register it in the system, and voila - the warranty is extended by another five years.

Pump service 3:

15 years have passed since you bought the pressure washer, and it is time for another round of service. Then it is the same procedure as last time; the parts are ordered here on the page, and then the instructions are followed to the letter. When the job is done, you register the work and can benefit from five new years of warranty.

Sometimes not everything goes as planned, and maybe you need a pump service after 3 or 7 years. Well, then you do the necessary service, and then we give you a new five-year extended warranty from the day you register the job as done.

There are of course limitations in the warranty. This requires that you take care of the machine properly, concerning storage, for example. And that you cannot use a high-pressure washer intended for consumers for professional use.
